Supply Policy

After payment and securing your spot in the workshop, you will receive an email with arrival instructions, the address, and details of the workshop you booked.

It is recommended to arrive about 15 minutes early to get settled before the workshop begins.
You will need to choose the rug design you wish to create according to the rug selection guidelines.
Following these guidelines ensures you get the most out of the workshop experience.

The complexity of the sketch you submit will directly affect the duration of the workshop and the overall experience.
If you do not finish your rug within the allocated workshop time, we can complete the finishing process for you, and the rug will be shipped to you for an additional 180₪ per rug.

Cancellation Policy

The studio reserves the right to cancel workshops in cases of force majeure or for any other reason, with short notice.
In the event of cancellation by the studio, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
The studio is not responsible for accommodation or travel expenses of participants.

The minimum number of participants required to hold a workshop is 2.
If the chosen date does not reach the minimum, participants will be asked to add more people or select a new date.

Workshop Cancellation by the Customer

To cancel a workshop, requests must be sent by email only to Studio.shaket@gmail.com, including the booking name and scheduled date.

• If cancellation is made up to 7 business days before the workshop date and within 14 days of purchase: a refund will be issued minus 5% or 100₪ (whichever is lower) as an administrative fee.

• You may transfer your spot to another participant at no extra cost (same date).

• If cancellation is made 4–6 business days before the workshop: a 50% refund will be issued.

• If cancellation is made within 3 business days of the workshop: no refund will be given.

If you do not attend the workshop and did not notify us in advance, the workshop will be considered used, and no refund or reschedule will be possible.

Postponing a Workshop by the Customer

Requests to postpone must also be sent by email only (Studio.shaket@gmail.com) with the booking name and scheduled date.

• Up to 7 business days before the workshop: no extra charge.

• Up to 5 business days before: postponement fee of 300₪.

• Less than 4 business days before: no rescheduling allowed.

New dates can only be scheduled on weekdays (even if the original date was a weekend), and within 2 weeks of the original date, subject to availability.
If no spots are available within this timeframe, the closest available date will be offered.

Only one postponement is allowed.
Any additional postponements will be charged at full workshop price.
Private workshops cannot be rescheduled after payment.

The studio reserves the right to handle exceptional cases at its sole discretion.

Workshop Description and Terms

During the workshop you’ll be introduced to tufting, learn to use a tufting gun, follow safety instructions, and receive guidance on proper techniques.
You’ll create your rug based on a design you send us in advance.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a rug designed by you (!).

Workshop duration: 4.5 hours
Includes all materials and equipment needed.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for both standing and sitting work.

The workshop is open to anyone age 14 and up who can work with their hands.
No prior experience is required.

At the end of the session, you’ll leave with a rug crafted by your own talent.

Before starting the workshop, participants must sign a health declaration.

Use of Photos and Videos

The customer acknowledges and agrees that photos or videos may be taken during the workshop and may be used by the studio for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify the team and we will respect your request.

Privacy Policy

The studio takes standard precautions to protect customer information.
Customer details will only be used for the operation of the website and to enable purchases.

Disclaimer of Liability
